Why is it helpful? Who is it for?
An opportunity to intentionally be listened to, reflect on and process the past, and consider what the future might look like.
It is helpful for the individual to make sense of their life story. Gaining understanding of where God is in that story, how you relate to Him and others.
If there are areas of pain, loss and disappointment, room is made for God to gently bring healing.
For all involved in a missions/ministry context, especially those needing a rest and encouragement through change, uncertainty, crises, and loss.
